- Boil 4 cups of water with some salt and a dash of oil to it add pasta boil until it's done. (Do not overcook). Once you off the flame strain the pasta run some normal water over it and a dash of oil so that they don't stick.
- Heat a pan or kadhai to it add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter add grated garlic cloves+onions+capsicum and chicken cut in a cube (which is optional)saute for about 2 to 3 mins. Add refined flour saute for 30 seconds and add 1/2 cup of milk stir continuously (you can increase the milk accordingly 2 to 3 more tbsp)now add black pepper powder+chilli flakes+mayonnaise+cheese+green chilli sauce or red chilli sauce mix everything well.
- If you feel the sauce too thick you can add more milk or water.taste the sauce and add salt accordingly! Finally add the pasta mix in well until pasta combines with sauce.off the flame sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
